Our Classes

  • CrossFit Class

    CrossFit is a high intensity fitness and interval program. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercises such as gymnastic, weightlifting, running, rowing, powerlifting, strongman and more.

  • Olympic Weight Lifting

    Olympic Weight Lifting is a training to improve strength and size skeletal muscles through concentric and eccentric contractions. Olympic lifting will use equipment that target specific movements and specialize in bodybuilding, strongman, weightlifting.

  • Teens Class is a CrossFit Program design to their development needs, using similar style to our Adults CrossFit program, but it focus on the development and progression of Olympic weightlifting techniques and movement.
  • Kids Classes is a training with a varied functional movements and workouts to promote strength, and coordination. It is design to build confidence and discipline, teach them about proper nutrition and get them started on the right path to becoming an active and healthy individual.

  • Adults: Monday to Friday Classes:

  • MORNING

    5:30 am – 6:30 am  CrossFit Class
    6:30 am – 7:30 am Open GYM
    7:30 am – 8:30 am CrossFit Class
    9:00 am – 10:00 am  CrossFit Class

  • AFTERNOON

    4:30 pm – 5:30 pm CrossFit Class
    5:30 pm – 6:30 pm CrossFit Class
    6:30 pm – 7:30 pm CrossFit Class (except Fridays)

    Saturday Classes:

    8:00 am – 9:30 am Weightlifting. 9:30 am – 10:30 am CrossFit Team WOD.                 

    Sunday Classes:

    11:00 am – 1:00 pm Open Gym

    Teens (Ages 12 to 16):

    Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm.

    Kids Classes (Ages 6-11):

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday 3:45 pm – 4:30 pm
