About the Gym

Our Classes

At CrossFit West Boca we offer a range of classes to suit your schedule

Crossfit

A high intensity fitness and interval program. This class includes varied functional movements incorporating elements from several sports and exercises such as gymnastic, weightlifting, running, rowing, strongman and more.

Open Gym

For our Open Gym hours members have access to the gym to perform their fitness on their schedule without being led by a Coach. We offer Open Gym Monday-Fridays 6:30am-7:30am and Sundays 11am-1pm.

Privates

We offer one on one or small group personal training session. Our coaches will help you achieve your fitness goals and get results with a customized and personalized plan. Contact us to start your private session with us today!

  • Our free trial is a great way to start your fitness journey and be able to check out our gym with no commitment. With our free trial you get 3 free consecutive classes in 1 week!

  • A form of interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity. Our CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics with weightlifting, interval training, and aerobic training.

  • You do not need to be fit to start CrossFit. When you begin training, our supportive CrossFit coaches will teach you how to move and adjust all workouts to your current fitness level.

  • A regular CrossFit class takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Everybody starts at the same time, there are instructors walking around helping out, keeping track, and encouraging you to to reach your fitness goals.
